Adaaku Iwuajoku holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Richmond American University. She also attended Aiglon College in Switzerland, where she developed a strong global perspective that continues to shape her leadership approach and strategic vision.

In 2016, she founded Derma Organics, a skincare and wellness brand that has grown into an internationally recognized business. Under her leadership, the company expanded into the hospitality sector, supplying premium products to leading hotels — including Hilton — as well as luxury spas across London, Lagos, and Abuja.

Most recently, Derma Organics supplied 250 line-item guest amenities to an apartment hotel and Airbnb residences, further reinforcing the brand’s position within the hospitality and short-stay accommodation market.

Derma Organics products are stocked by major global retailers such as Walmart and Amazon. The company has also entered into a memorandum of understanding with an international cosmetics distribution firm, strengthening its global distribution network and long-term growth strategy.

Grestax Group is associated with a RICS and APMP-certified Engineering Business Management professional bringing over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience across operations, sales, contracts, commercial management, project controls, planning, procurement, and engineering execution within complex global environments.

Through senior leadership roles held within leading multinational organizations including Siemens, Baker Hughes, and GE, Grestax Group benefits from deep expertise gained delivering projects across the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Healthcare Technology sectors.

Across a distinguished global career, project leadership experience connected with Grestax Group has contributed to the oversight of more than $1.5 billion in EPC deliverables and the securing of over $400 million in service revenues for multinational corporations and private investors. The international project portfolio includes major installations and services supporting organizations such as BP, ENI, Chevron, Shell, and ExxonMobil across Europe, Africa, and the United States.

Academic credentials associated with this expertise include an M.Sc. in Construction and Engineering Project Management, a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering, and a Diploma in Information Technology Management and Programming, complemented by executive education in Supply Chain Excellence in the United States.
